If you are not satisfied with any item, please call within 30 days. Refunds/exchanges do not include shipping and handling. All returns require a return authorization number from Groomers Outlet at (585) 641-0377. We are unable to accept returns on books and liquid items (ie. shampoo). Items damaged in shipping must be taken up with the shipping carrier. We will assist you in any way we can.
